Fairer prices, fairer trade
We buy all our coffee from Highland Roast. They provide us with premium coffee which is grown at high altitude and our signature roast is the Highland Roast, so named because it is grown in High….Lands and then roasted in the Highlands of Scotland. We have carefully selected speciality beans from South American and blended with those from the Far East to produce a bright fragrant, full body and mocha finish.
G&M Whyte coffee sources beans grown in farms certified by the Rainforest Alliance. G&M Whyte are as committed now as ever to the principles of Fairtrade: better prices for workers, and better working conditions.
Traceable & Ethical
G&M Whyte source their milk from Graham’s Dairy Farm which is a long running family business with a highly rated traceable knowledge. We only use free range Scottish eggs from the Chapman Family at Farmlay, Strichen. Both companies share the same background and values as ourselves being multi-generational with a multitude of experience in their fields.
Premium cuts from the Scottish Highlands
